Mike Russo named 2012 Mover & Shaker by Library Journal
Congratulations to Mike Russo, Instruction Coordinator and Associate Librarian at LSU Libraries, for being named a Library Journal Mover & Shaker for 2012!
Each year, Library Journal (LJ) spotlights recipients from across the country for this presitgious honor, recognizing "librarians and others in the library field who are doing extraordinary work to serve their users and to move libraries of all types and library services forward"
Russo was selected for this honor because of his work on the formation of LSUnited, a faculty labor union that was formed in 2011.
