Are you interested in learning about oral history best practices? At our workshops, you will learn about project planning, doing background research, conducting interviews, and what happens to the interview afterward, all based on best practices established by the Oral History Association.

If an interview is not available on the Louisiana Digital Library for download and you would like to order copies, follow the procedures outlined via LSU Libraries Public Services. Be sure to have the collection number, tape number, and the name of the interviewee nearby as you fill out the form. Please note: these copy requests are not processed by the Williams Center through Public Services. The interview will be sent to you as PDF or a MP3, delivered through a temporary file-sharing system.
