Services for Users with Disabilities
LSU Libraries is committed to providing services to users with disabilities. Staff members are available to assist users with their informational needs. Facilities for users with disabilities are on the first floor of Middleton Library and are provided by both the LSU Libraries and Information Technology Services.
Middleton Library Computer Lab
The main floor lab has the following features:
- Computer with 20” monitor equipped with the following adaptive software:
- Duxbury (DBT): Braille software
- FS Reader
- JAWS for Windows: Screen reading
- MAGic EyeMerge
- CCTV enlarger: Document magnification
- Large print keyboard
- Trackball mouse
- Wheelchair accessible
