As Head of Public and Research Services, I manage and coordinate all apsects of the LSU Libraries Special Collections reference services and oversee the public services unit in Hill Memorial Library. I also contribute to Special Collections' outreach efforts (e.g. social media, special events, course design) on campus and beyond, manage assessment and metrics, and collaborate with the Research and Instruction librarians to provide direction for research services at LSU.
