Naming Convention For Regularly Scheduled Reports
Your reports will be renamed by the system administrator if you forget to follow this naming convention.
- Reports for CHEMISTRY, DESIGN, DOCS_MICRO, EDUCATION, MIDL-MAIN, MUSIC, and SPEC_COLL must begin with LSU.
- Examples: LSU Overdue Notices, LSU Hold Recall, LSU Stats - Charges
- Reports for a single library must begin with the library policy name.
- Examples: VETMED Expire Holds, MIDL-MAIN Lost Items
- Reports for all library policy names in the Unicorn system do not have to begin with anything in particular.
- Examples: Correct Hold Information, Load Users (by alt ID)
- Reports scheduled by LOUIS already have a naming convention. They begin with our LALU-P for the production server and LALU-T for the training server.
