WorkFlows: Report Wizard Helpers

Schedule New Reports Wizard

  • Filter and Sort Reports Helper:
    • Filter reports by owner and/or date created
    • Sort reports by owner, report name, or date created in ascending or descending order
  • Display Report Scheduler Status Helper:
    • When no reports are running, the status will display as: There are no reports running
    • When reports are running, the status will display the name of the report and the date/time the report began running.
  • Refresh Report List Helper:
    • Checks for any new reports that were created or completed after the list was last displayed

    • Sort reports by owner, report name, or next run date in ascending or descending order
  • Display Report Scheduler Status Helper:
    • When no reports are running, the status will display as: There are no reports running
    • When reports are running, the status will display the name of the report and the date/time the report began running.
  • Refresh Report List Helper:
    • Checks for any new reports that were created or completed after the list was last displayed

    • Sort reports by owner, report name, or completion date in ascending or descending order
  • Display Report Scheduler Status Helper:
    • When no reports are running, the status will display as: There are no reports running
    • When reports are running, the status will display the name of the report and the date/time the report began running.
  • Refresh Report List Helper:
    • Checks for any new reports that were created or completed after the list was last displayed
