Symphony Problem Report Form


This form is to be used for reporting the following types of Symphony problems:
  • Connection problems with iLink or WorkFlows
  • Error messages in iLink or WorkFlows
  • My Account problems in iLink
  • Navigational problems in iLink (root bar or menu bar)
  • Report problems in WorkFlows
  • Reserve Desk problems in iLink
  • Searching problems in iLink or WorkFlows (Examples: unexpected results, hyperlinks not working as expected)
  • Wizard problems in WorkFlows
Report any cataloging problems found in iLink or WorkFlows through the Cataloging Problem Report Form. Problems reported through this form will be sent to Aimee and Natalie in Library Systems. If you are a supervisor and need to request access to additional wizards for a staff member, please use the WorkFlows Access Request Form.
