- Designated contact when Natalie and Marsha are out of the office for an extended period of time (contact info will be posted on LSULIB-L)
- Information Technology Services Reception Desk at 578-3700; ask them to page a LOUIS staff member
- Monday - Friday (4:00 - 5:00 pm) call the Information Technology Services Reception Desk at 578-3700; ask them to page a LOUIS staff member
- Saturday - Sunday call the Information Technology Services Reception Desk at 578-3700; the call will rollover to the Network Operations Center; ask them to contact the LOUIS staff member on call; also post a message on LALINC-L reporting the problem
