Cataloging Problem Report Form

This form is to be used for reporting the following types of cataloging problems found in iLink or WorkFlows:

Typographical errors in bibliographic records

MARC holdings problems

Incorrect libraries, locations, item category 1, etc.

URLs that do not work

Records that have "disappeared" from the catalog

Call number sorting

All cataloging problems reported through this form are sent to Database Management. Report all other iLink or WorkFlows problems, especially error messages, through the Symphony Problem Report Form.
