How do I change my PIN?
- Go to iLink and click on My Account
- Click on Change My PIN
- Enter your WorkFlows user ID, current PIN, and new PIN (twice)
- Click Change PIN button
How do I print from Workflows?
You should be able to print a screen by clicking the print button on the toolbar or clicking File, Print from the menu. If neither of these methods work, you need to modify the print setup in Workflows as follows:
- Click on File, Print setup
- Select Launch application and click OK
- Select the print executable of your choice (either Wordpad or Microsoft Word) and click Open
Note: A Workflows screen print will not include radio buttons or check boxes.
What do I do if I have forgotten my PIN?
If you have forgotten your PIN, submit the Email My PIN form through iLink.
- Go to iLink and click on My Account
- Click Email My PIN
- Enter your WorkFlows user ID
- Click the Send PIN button
- Your PIN will be emailed to you
Reports
Can I run a report at any time?
Do not run reports between midnight and 5:00 am.Can I run reports one right after another?
Wait until one report is finished before running the next one. This is a courtesy to others running reports, because only one report can run at a time.
Searching
How do I search for LC call numbers?
You have two options:
- Try several call number searches (with and without spaces before decimals; with and without periods before first cutters). LC call numbers sort as follows:

- Try a single call number search and use the next and previous buttons to find what you want
Why doesn't a browse search bring up the title I just edited?
There is a five minute delay before an edited record is dynamically indexed for browsing.
