- Before reporting computer problems please check / try the following:
- end any tasks that are not responding
- are you logged on to the LAN?
- are you logged on to a valid session?
- check the cables and power cords
- shutdown and restart
- When reporting computer problems provide the following information:
- error message, if any
- description of your problem (More than just, "It's broken.")
- Report problems to Tom or Brian.
