The Library Office notifies Library Systems when a full or part time employee is hired. No accounts can be created until the employee appears in the campus online directory and the HRM personnel files with a SSN. Sometimes this takes several days for an employee new to LSU.
Supervisors who need any kind of account for a graduate assistant or a
student assistant should request the account.The supervisor needs to
