IDENTIFICATION: [1934- ], a native of Baton Rouge, a banker and politician, he represented Caddo Parish in the state legislature, 1968-1972 and was a candidate for lieutenant governor in 1971 and a candidate for secretary of state in 1975. He also became executive director of the Louisiana Superport in 1972.
