Meeting Space Policies and Reservations
ATTENTION: FEE CHANGES EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2010
The Hill Memorial Library lecture hall is available to University units and groups for meetings, classes, and events of less than 100 people. The room will seat up to 100 people lecture style. It can also be configured for smaller groups and classes. Requests to use the lecture hall must be submitted in advance to the Hill Facilities Manager using our Reservation Form. Library facilities are generally not made available to groups without a University affiliation except for events co-sponsored by the LSU Libraries. Events scheduled by University units and groups must begin and end during Hill Memorial Library's regular hours. The lecture hall is equipped with a podium, microphone, projection screen, tables, and chairs. The library cannot supply a computer or projector. Those may be obtained from Multimedia Classroom Support.
