Richard Kinsey Boney (1855-1937) was a lawyer and planter of Duckport Plantation in Madison Parish, Louisiana during the antebellum period.
Diaries (1874-1880) record student life at Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, Virginia; social life in Virginia and Vicksburg, Mississippi; and legal studies at the University of Louisiana in New Orleans. Also included are miscellaneous papers and photographs of Boney.
