I. Newsletter 40
A. As Newsletter 40's primary purpose is communication, the following financial policies will prevail:
1. Subscriptions — no charge.

Members
Associate Members
Student Affiliates

      2. Announcements - no charge.
      3. Advertising - No advertising is permitted in Newsletter 40. 9
B. Newsletter 40 will be published at a minimum biannually, with Editions published in Summer/Fall and
Winter/Spring. Special and/or additional issues of the Newsletter can be mailed throughout the year. There must
be pre-approval for extra issues by the Executive Committee. If additional funds are required to cover the
expenses of these extra issues, the Newsletter Editor will develop a budget for the project, which will then be
reviewed by the Executive Committee for approval.
C. Space in each issue of the Newsletter 40 will be allocated to each Officer and/or Chair of a Committee or Task
Force, and/or Special Role Designates. Council Representatives will share a space, as will Members-at-Large.
D. It is not necessary for the aforementioned individuals to use their allotted space. The Newsletter 40 Editor,
however, must be informed in a timely manner regarding space utilization.
F. Requests for additional space must be addressed to the Editor in a timely manner.
F. Deadlines for major content items for each issue are as follows:
1. Summer/Fall - May I
2. Winter/Spring - November 1
G. Content items typically addressed may include the following:
1. Summer/Fall:
      a. Listing of Division 40 Officers, Chairs, and Special Role Designates
      b. Division 40 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes (from Mid-Winter meeting)
      c. Presidential Column
      d. Summary of Division 40 Program at the Annual APA Convention
      e. Call for Nominations for Awards
   f Announcements
g. Special Columns such as:

Clinical Corner
Science Scene
“From the Membership”
On the History of Neuropsychology

2. Winter/Spring:
      a. Listing of Division 40 Officers, Chairs, and Special Role Designates
      b. From the Editor
      c. From the Executive Committee
      d. From the Membership

Election Results
Division 40 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes (from August Meeting)
