VII. Duties of Members-at-Large
A. Members-at-Large will be elected by the Membership to offer
input and guidance to the Executive
Committee.
B. Members-at-Large will perform all other duties as assigned
by the President and/or President-Elect in
consultation with the Executive Committee, and will have a right
to vote at all Division 40 Annual Business
and Executive Committee Meetings.
C. All members of the Executive Committee shall have a budget
for their office, as approved by the Treasurer. 5
VIII. Duties of Council Representatives
A. Clinical Neuropsychology was approved as a specialty by APA
in august 1996. 6
B. Council Repre3entatives will serve as liaisons between the
Division 40 Executive Committee and the APA
Council.
C. At Council, Division 40 Representatives will endeavor to
ensure that the best interests of Division 40 are
presented.
D. Council Representatives will inform the President and, if
possible, all Division 40 Elected Officers about all
Council Agenda issues and concerns of importance to Division
40.
E. Council Representatives will inform the Executive Committee,
as soon as possible after each Council
meeting, of all forthcoming issues and their impact on Division
40.
F. Council Representatives will prepare/submit appropriate reports
to the Membership via Newsletter 40.
G. Council Representatives will perform all other Council/interdivisional
liaison representation duties and will
have a right to vote at all Division 40 Annual Business and
Executive Committee Meetings and at all APA
Council meetings.
H. All members of the Executive Committee shall have a budget
for their office, as approved by the Treasurer. 7
