statements, however, must be submitted to the Executive Committee for review
and
approval, in accordance with the Bylaws of Division 40, before any professional
or public
dissemination.
e. The Committee
Chair served as a member of the Education Advisory Committee.
f. Upon completion
of the task, this Task Force was disconvened in 1996 to be reconvened again
when needed.
g. The results
of the September, 1997 Houston Conference which was published in the February
1998
Archives of
Clinical Neuropsychology of will be Division 40 standard for of the education
and
training in
clinical neuropsychology. (See appendix) 37
3. Policies and Procedures Manual Development
Committee
a. The Chair
of the Policies and Procedures Manual Development Committee had served
as a member
of the Bylaws
Revisions Committee and must have had prior experience with writing such
documents.
b. The Division
40 President and Secretary also served on this Committee.
c. Other Members
were chosen as needed.
d. The Division
40 Secretary was responsible for preparation and dissemination of the Manual
to all
Members of the
Executive Committee, all Chairs of Standing, Task Forces, Special Committees,
and all Special
Role Designates.
e. The Division
40 Secretary was to send a copy of the Manual to the APA Central Office
and to the
Division 40
Archivist.
f. The P&P
Manual was presented with recommended editions, corrections, and notations
at the
February, 1999
Executive Committee Meeting.
g. Afterwards
the manual was prepared in final form and sent to the Secretary for Spring,1999
distribution
to the Executive Committee. The Policies and Procedures Manual Development
Committee was
disconvened at that time. 38
h. All further
additions or corrections will be made by the secretary. 39
