this three-year period.

Committee will appoint the Chair.

B. Division 40 Special Committees & Purposes
1. ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association)/Division 40
Task Force
a. To develop consensus statements in
conjunction with ASHA which serve the mutual needs of our
respective memberships.
b. To work in conjunction with representatives
of ASHA to develop joint activities which serve the
mutual needs of our respective memberships.
c. To resolve interdisciplinary difficulties
as they may arise.
d. To work together in a coordinated
way to deal with matters of common concern.
2. Division 40 Presidential Task Force on “Incident To”
a. This committee will be co-chaired.

b. To address the recent “Incident"
to” Medicare Restrictions at all levels of training and practice.
c. To work with our psychological and
medical colleagues to develop consensus statements that serve our
mutual needs.
d. To act in a proactive manner to resolve
these restrictions.
e. To offer an alternative model that
would better serve the needs of all concerned parties.
III. Special Role Designates
A. Special Roles Establishment and Designates
1. Members or Fellows of the Division may be appointed
to Special Roles by the President, confirmed by vote
by the Executive Committee, as need arises.
2. The Executive Committee shall review special roles
at least every three years to assess the need for their
continuation.
3. The term of appointment for a Special Role shall coincide
with this three-year period.

B. Division 40 Special Roles and Purposes
1. Newsletter Editor
a. To maintain a newsletter, Newsletter
40, which is published at a minimum biannually, as a means of
informing Division 40 Fellows, Members,
Associate Members, and Student Affiliates of the
news/business/official positions of
Division 40.
b. To invite the general Membership
to share information, critical opinions, or general viewpoints via this
publication.
c. The Editor will encourage all Officers
and Chairs to submit either columns or reports for each
Newsletter 40 edition.
d. See other details under Publications.
2. Training Programs Data Bank Manager
a. To keep a record of all training
programs in Clinical Neuropsychology.
b. To update this list/brochure every
two years.
c. To make this information available
to students at no cost.
d. To publish the list and make known
the availability of the list/brochure.
3. Division 40 Webmaster
a. To create and maintain a webpage
for Division 40.
b. The Webpage will contain: a listing
of current Division 40 officers, chairs, and special role designates;
the Division 40 Bylaws; Announcements;
and, other information as requested by the Executive
Committee, or proposed by the Webmaster,
with the approval of the Executive Committee.
c. The Webmaster will maintain a list
of current training programs on the Division 40 Web Page.28
4. CPT Codes Representative
a. To keep CPT Codes in line with current
practice and financial reimbursement standards.
