1. Amendments to these Bylaws may be proposed by a majority of the Executive
Committee or by a
majority vote of the Members present at any annual meeting. Ratification
of the amendment proposed
requires a two-thirds majority of those members
voting by mail ballot.
2. For purposes of the current revision of these bylaws, individuals
serving as Chair of a
Special Committee or in a Special Role shall be considered completing
their first term at the end of
the current cycle of appointments to Chairs of Standing Committees.
