DAILY MACHINE LOG

This series contains daily machine log sheets with the type of

experiment run, behavior of machine, time, date, and name.

RETENTION: Retain 3 years in office, then destroy by recycling.

MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS, 1986-1986 (OBSOLETE)

This series contains machine specifications received off campus.

RETENTION: Retain in office for life of machine, then destroy by

landfill.

MANUALS

This series contains manuals received off campus.

RETENTION: Retain in office while active or until superseded, then

destroy by landfill.

NMR ADMINISTRATIVE FILES

This series contains campus correspondence, off-campus near-print informational material, requests for the AM-400 Machine, NMR Schedules, NCR copies of packing slips received off campus, computer-generated programs, file notes, and computer-generated file lists.

RETENTION: Retain 5 years in office, then destroy by shredding then landfill.
