photocopies of Operating Budget for Fiscal Year received from

Office of the Dean, and photocopies of ledgers received from

Off ice of the Dean.

RETENTION: Retain 3 years in office, then destroy by recycling.

 

CLIMATE REFERENCE FILES

This series contains data summaries received from off campus, newsletters received from off campus, photocopies of technical papers received from off campus, photocopies of monthly normals, and off-campus near-print informational material.

RETENTION: Retain in office while active or until superseded, then destroy by landfill.

 

FAX MACHINE LOG

This series contains fax machine log sheets.

RETENTION: Retain 3 years in office, then destroy by recycling.

 

FACULTY, STAFF, STUDENT ASSISTANT, AND GRADUATE STUDENT PERSONNEL FILES

This series includes but may not be limited to faculty resumes, student worker arrival notifications, photocopies of timesheets sent to Office of the Dean, and student worker schedule sheets.

RETENTION: Faculty and staff personnel records: Retain in office 2 years after termination or until final disposition of charge or civil action, then destroy by shredding then landfill. Student personnel records: Retain in office 3 years after termination or until final disposition of charge or civil action, then destroy by shredding then recycling.

 

TRAVEL FILES

This series contains photocopies of Requests for Authorization to Travel sent to Office of the Dean and photocopies of Travel

Expense Vouchers sent to Office of the Dean.

RETENTION: Retain 3 years in office, then destroy by shredding

then landfill.

 

WEATHER DATA REQUESTS

This series contains weather data requests.

RETENTION: Retain 3 years in office, then destroy by recycling.

 

WORKSHOP FILES

This series contains brochures received from off campus and agendas received from off-campus.

RETENTION: Retain in office while active or until superseded, then destroy by landfill.
