Keep up the good work. I love this kind of e-mail capability exploitation. I once read somewhere that one of the basic principles of good management was not to have meetings to just hand out information that could well reach people by other faster and more effective means ... I think your e-mail workshop was a very good example of how to put good management into practice. It also makes e-mail a protagonist tool in our everyday business ...  Good job.

I think it worth repeating frequently to faculty, but it should also especially be made available to graduate students ... The directions were clear, concise and well presented.  Good job!
