The Lobby
CIRCULATION / RESERVES / SERIALS DESK: This is where books and materials are checked out of the library. A valid LSU ID is needed to check out materials. Non-LSU patrons may inquire at the circulation desk regarding special library privileges or for information on how to participate in the Friends of the Library Program. See Circulation Policies and Guidelines for more information.
This desk provides a number of other services to library visitors, including "Lost and Found" for the library, laptop and wireless card circulation, and home to the most recent issues of major newspapers. It is also the reserve Desk, where faculty place materials for students to use. To locate those items see the Online catalog Reserve Desk linked from the LSU Libraries home page.
Room 126, the Current Periodicals / Newspapers Room, is located through the glass doors on your left.
