One thing you need to keep in mind is that when you cite from a full-text journal index you need to provide more information than when you cite from a print resource. For example, if you cite an article from the "Journal of Environmental Health" that you found through a full-text journal index, you need to provide more information than if you were citing the same article in the print version of the journal.
