Browse Search - allows you to search an alphabetical list of items by author, title, or subject.

A few things to remember when using this search...

When searching by author, type the last name followed by a space and the first name, and press . For example, if you are looking for items written by Charles Darwin, type darwin charles.
When browsing for a title (book, journal, etc.), if the title begins with the words "the" or "a" then drop the "the" or "a" and type the rest of the title, and press . For example, if you were looking for the book A Clockwork Orange, you should type clockwork orange. Remember, the online catalog doesn't care about capitalization or punctuation.

This method of searching is especially useful when looking for items with single word titles like the journals Science and Nature. Type science or type nature and press "periodical title"
