Access public and private corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, stock swaps, real estate investment trust transactions,leveraged buyouts, tender offers, privatizations, spinoffs and splitoffs, and bankruptcy liquidations. Domestic transactions available since 1979. International transactions available since 1985.
