The LSU Libraries Faculty members are welcome to anonymously submit their concerns or issues for consideration by the Library Faculty Policy Committee (LFPC).
This anonymous form has been created to assist LFPC in fulfilling its purpose as detailed in Article II of the LFPC Bylaws.
Because this form is anonymous the committee will respond to the submission in committee meeting minutes.
Please keep in mind there is up to a two month delay in posting minutes because the committee must first approve them at the following meeting
before they are posted to the LFPC website.
