Student Assistant Raise Request Form

 
STUDENT WORKER SUPERVISORS:  Use this form to request a merit raise for your students. This form can accommodate information about five (5) students. If you need to request raises for more than ten students, just fill out and submit the form as many times as necessary. Please contact Amanda Knippers (aknipp1@lsu.edu) if you have any questions about student raises.
